7/22/2019 the END...... thank you all!!!

Hola Todos for the last time!

GAH! The last one! I have so many confused feelings right now... I can not believe its over. It just feels like a dream. On the bright side, y'all don't have to read my walls of blabbering every week (...almost every week)! I have no idea how to explain how this opportunity to serve the Lord has changed me. It has just left such a huge impact. I can't be more grateful for what I have learned out here! I wanna give a quick update on our friends though!

Got to say bye to a lot of those whom we are teaching. It was really hard, but I've done it a few times already in all my other areas, so it's all good. Biggest thing, Larissa and Erminda are doing amazing! We had the most powerful lesson I have ever seen in a long time, and I could not be happier to leave them on that note. They are still super excited for their baptism, and I can't wait either! Rosa and Adrian are still progressing. Lily is doing well, her daughter is recovering very well. Bonus: William showed up to our ward picnic, and I got a last lesson with him, and it was great! He has been ignoring us for a while now, but he still has a desire to follow Christ. It has just been very hard for him lately, but I fell strongly that one day, he will be able to be baptized, and finally gain the peace he deserves and needs.

I talked last time about why I am out here, and as this glorious opportunity comes to a close, I want to leave you all with my testimony that I have gained out here. I have borne my testimony to y'all weekly about everything I have felt needed to testify of, but I want to try and write out my complete testimony now, so I never allow myself in the future to revert behind what I knew now! So here we go! No scriptures, no quotes, no exaggerations, here it is!

My testimony starts with, and is based on the knowledge I have that, without a doubt, God is our loving Heavenly Father. He know each and every one of us in an extremely personal way and wants nothing more than for us to be happy. I have felt that immense love not only for myself, but He has allowed me to feel it for His other children that I have met and needed to know of Him. He has made a perfect plan that will enable all of us to achieve our immense divine potential we have as His children. To make it back to live with Him again, and to be all that we can be, as heirs to His kingdom. Before this life, we lived as spirits in His presence. We were happy, but He knew we could be happier. He  created His plan, and gave us the option to follow it. Every one of us that has made it to this earth chose to follow that plan, with the faith and trust that He knew what was best. He has given us the unmatched gift of agency. We never have and never will be unable to choose for ourselves! He and we knew that we would face limitless trials here, so He prapared a way to overcome all of them: His son, Jesus Christ. Before this world was, Christ was chosen, and accepted the call to live a perfect life, and suffer the Atonement. He chose to suffer the pains, afflictions, temptations, sicknesses, and trials we would all go through in this life. He then gave His life on our behalf. And after three days, He rose again! Though the power He held, He broke the chains of death. And because of that, because of His perfect life and suffering, every single one of us will receive the gift of resurrection, but better yet. Because of His suffering on our behalf, we have the unparalleled blessing of being forgiven for our disobedience and sins, and recieveing the strength necessary to overcome them! I could go on forever about all the minute details of the plan that Heavanly Father created for us. It fully encompasses and accounts for every situation, outcome, and detail of every person that ever has lived, is living, or I'll live. And all He asks of us, is that we do the things that He knows will make us heppy in he long run. How great is the plan of our God?! I know that as we follow the guidelines for life He has given us through the Bible, Book of Mormon, and mouth of His modern-day prophets, we will be blessed. We will have peace. We will have joy. I know that as we rely on Christ, and ask in prayer for His help, we will receive it, and overcome our faults. I know that God loves us! I know that Christ suffered, bled, and died for each and every one of us; however, I know He lives! I know that families are an essential part of God's plan! I know that the Bible and Book of Mormon are God's word! I know that We can talk to and receive answers and help from our Heavenly Father through sincere prayer! I know that as we serve our brothers and sisters (everyone) here, we will be happier than we knew was possible before! I know that the Church of Jesus Christ, of Latter Day Saints is the same church that Christ Himself organized two-thousand years ago, restored to the Earth through the prophet Joseph Smith. I know that the ordinances and acts performed through the priesthood of God, restored through that same man, are necessary for us to take part in all the blessing that God has in store for us! I know that this is getting long, but I can't express ebough how sure I am that God loves us. Please, never ever forget that. If you ever doubt it, ask Him in sincere prayer to confirm it to you. He will. I know that Jesus Christ is the Saviour and Redeemer of the world. The promised Messiah. And I know that He has saved me personally, and I owe Him everything I've got for that. I KNOW THAT CHRIST LIVES, AND IS ALWAYS READY AND WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT OF ANYTHING YOU FIND YOURSELF STUCK IN!!! RELY ON HIM!!! YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT!!! LOVE YOU ALL!!!
